Bookthatvilla is an exciting website advertising holiday villas worldwide and offers renters direct contact with owners of luxurious villas.  The select villas are located all across Europe with many in the USA and spread as far afield as the United Arab Emirates and Barbados.  

Renting a Villa

Browsing and renting a villa through our website is simple and efficient.  Click the country of your desired holiday destination and the list of villas advertised on Bookthatvilla is clearly displayed.  Contact the owner directly for more information by telephoning his direct contact line which appears beside his property details or by sending the villa owner a message by using the message board which appears at the end of all the villa property details. As simple as that. 

Registering a Villa

Owners of villas from all around the world can list their properties on Bookthatvilla.  Just register by entering a username and password.  The cost to register a villa is only £9.99 a  year.  Villa owners should complete all the required sections to register and then request LIVE status for their property to appear on our site.  Only then will we ask for payment to secure the listing!  All enquiries relating to listings should be directed to info@bookthatvilla.com 

Step by Step Guide to Listing your Properties

1.  Click the REGISTER link on the home page and then enter all your PERSONAL details, making sure to fill in all the mandatory fields.  You will be asked for your email address and will need to chose a password.

2.  Then fill in all your PROPERTY details and submit these, making a note of your unique property ID for future reference.  Make sure you enter a telephone contact number in the RESERVATION NUMBER field.  This is the number that will appear next to your property listing.

3.  You will then be asked to pay for your listing.  You should click the PAY HERE link and pay through our secure paypal server. 

4.  Upon receipt of payment we will then place your listing LIVE for viewing on our website!

5.  Once you have registered your property you can go in at any time to your own personal property management site.  Just LOG IN on the homepage.  You can then add PHOTOS, EDIT DETAILS, ADD CALENDAR AND PRICES, and ADD REFERENCES.  We strongly recommend that you add at least one PHOTO which will appear against your property.  The first photo you add will be the one that appears against your listing in a villa country search.

Owners who have their own separate website can add their link FREE OF CHARGE to the Bookthatvilla site in return for a backward link from their website to ours.  By copying and pasting the code at the bottom right hand side of this home page villa owners can add our link to their homepage website.  Then just provide us with the website address to be displayed on Bookthatvilla.
