Beautiful villa located in one of the most charming areas of Tuscany: between Chianti and Val d'Elsa, halfway between Florence and Siena, and 15 minutes from San Gimignano, whose unique skyline, with its hundred towers, can be admired from the terrace! The central part of the villa is very old and dates back to the Middle Ages, but the whole villa has been restored. It has been furnished with care, taste, style and comfort as it belongs to a family of artists: it has even been featured in interiors magazines and books.
Villa Costarella can accommodate up to 6 people in three large double bedrooms, all comfortable and very well furnished. Villa is encircled by a large, panoramic and very well maintained garden where guests find external furniture, large umbrellas and all other comforts for their complete Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom: one of them has a tub and the other has a shower. The dining room and kitchen are very large and are separated by an arch; kitchen presents one of the rare example of a typical old Tuscan cooker, where guest can enjoy cooking delicious Tuscan food. The kitchen also has all the modern appliances, from the microwave to the fridge and so on. The large living-sitting room, with its windows overlooking the garden, valley and surrounding hills, offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The owner, who lives in a separated part of the villa, will be pleased to help guests in any way, suggesting fine and exclusive artistic, cultural and gastronomic itineraries. Tours with guides and lecturers as well as transfer service from/to airports, train stations or other destinations can be arranged.
